Grilled Honey-mustard Salmon Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps oil (not olive oil) .
  • 1/4 c sesame seeds, toasted (optional) .
  • 1 tsp spicy brown mustard .
  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder .
  • 1 (2 lb) salmon fillets .
  • 2 tbsps cider vinegar .
  • 2 tbsps soy sauce .
  • 2 tbsps honey .
  • 5-6 green onions, sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 In a bowl, oil, soy sauce, honey, mix vinegar, mustard & ginger.
  • Step #2 Place the salmon in a shallow glass baking dish.
  • Step #3 Pour the marinade over the fish.
  • Step #4 Cover up & put in the fridge for a minumum of 1-1/2 hrs, turning once.
  • Step #5 Discard marinade.
  • Step #6 Grill or broil over med-heat/flame for about 15-20 mins, or until the salmon flakes with a fork.
  • Step #7 Transfer to a serving plate & sprinkle with green onions & sesame seeds (if using).
