Summer Breakfast Fruit Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger .
  • 1 large pear, pealed & larage sliced .
  • 2 fresh peaches, pealed & sliced (canned with juice if fresh not available) .
  • 1 large apple, pealed & large sliced .
  • 1/4 tsp pepper, fresh ground .
  • 1/4 cantaloupe, cubed .
  • 1 c walnuts, rough sliced (or whole) .
  • 1 banana, sliced in rings .
  • 1/4 tsp salt .
  • 1 kiwi, pealed & sliced .
  • 2 c watermelons, cubed .
  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom

Directions
  • Step #1 Carefully mix all ingredients In a large-ish bowl.
  • Step #2 Refrigerate at least one hr.
