Rosemary Date-nut Cheese Ball Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened .
  • 1 (10 oz) package sliced dates .
  • 2 tsps sliced fresh rosemary .
  • 1 c sliced pecans, toasted (divided)

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine the cream cheese, dates, rosemary & 1/2 c of the pecans.
  • Step #2 Cover up, & chill for 30 mins.
  • Step #3 After chilling, shape into a ball & roll in the remaining pecans.
  • Step #4 Serve with apple wedges, gingersnaps, or your favorite cracker.
