Step #1 Preheat oven to 400F degrees.
Step #2 Place garlic in ramekin.
Step #3 Pour enough oil over to cover.
Step #4 Wrap the ramekin in double thickness of foil wrap.
Step #5 Bake until garlic is very tender; takes about 35 mins.
Step #6 Using a slotted spoon, transfer garlic & 1 T.
Step #7 of the oil to a food processor/blender.
Step #8 Add butter to processor; puree.
Step #9 Spice up with salt & pepper.
Step #10 Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Step #11 Place salmon on baking sheet.
Step #12 Spice up with salt & pepper.
Step #13 Drizzle with the lemon juice, then spread on the garlic puree.
Step #14 Bake uncovered until JUST COOKED THROUGH.
Step #15 Don't overcook your salmon! Should take about 15 mins but watch carefully.
Step #16 Sprinkle top with rosemary & serve.
