Stir Fried Green Beans And Peppers Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp olive oil .
  • 8 oz fresh green beans, raw .
  • 1/4 tsp sugar .
  • 1 bell pepper, any color or 1 c bell peppers, mixed colors .
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Directions
  • Step #1 Wash beans & dry thoroughly.
  • Step #2 Use fresh green beans- the longer the better for presentation.
  • Step #3 Traditionally long beans are used.
  • Step #4 Trim beans at each end & slice pepper into strips equal to the size of the beans.
  • Step #5 In a hot wok or skillet add oil & beans & stir fry for 1 min.
  • Step #6 Add 1/4 c hot water.
  • Step #7 Cover up & cook on high for 3 mins.
  • Step #8 Add bell pepper strips & re-cover cooking for 1 min.
  • Step #9 Add salt & sugar & stir this to mix.
  • Step #10 Serve as soon as possible.
