Spanish Potatoes Bravos Recipe

Ingredients
  • 400F g canned sliced tomatoes .
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed .
  • 500 g potatoes, peeled & cut into chunks .
  • 1 tbsp shredded sage .
  • sea salt, to serve .
  • 1 chili pepper, sliced .
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper .
  • 1/4 c olive oil

Directions
  • Step #1 Cook potatoes in boiling salted water for 10 mins.
  • Step #2 Drain well.
  • Step #3 Meanwhile mix tomatoes, chili, garlic & cayenne in a saucepan.
  • Step #4 Spice up to taste.
  • Step #5 Heat carefully stirring.
  • Step #6 Heat oil in medium frying pan, add potatoes & fry for 10 mins until golden brown.
  • Step #7 Drain on paper towels.
  • Step #8 Stir sage through tomato sauce.
  • Step #9 Add potatoes & toss to coat.
  • Step #10 Sprinkle top with sea salt & serve.
