French Silk Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c butter .
  • 2 eggs .
  • 2 oz unsweetened chocolate (bakers) .
  • sweet chocolate, bar .
  • 9 oz Cool Whip (extra creamy) .
  • 3/4 c sugar .
  • 1 (9 inch) pie crusts

Directions
  • Step #1 Bake pie shell at 425F for 12-15 mins.
  • Step #2 Cool completely.
  • Step #3 Cream butter with sugar, stir in the cooled melted unsweetened chocolate.
  • Step #4 Add one egg, beat at highspeed for 5 mins.
  • Step #5 Add the other egg, beat for another 5 mins.
  • Step #6 Fold in half the cool whip, pour this into pie shell, top this with remaining cool whip, shave curls of sweet chocolate on top this with a potatoe peeler.
  • Step #7 Chill for 2 hrs before serving.
