Ingredients

1 tsp horseradish .
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened .
1 dash worcestershire sauce .
1 tbsp grated onions .
thinly sliced ham or beef

Directions

Step #1 Blend cream cheese, onion, horseradish, & Worchestershire Sauce until of spreading consistency.
Step #2 Separate the meat slices.
Step #3 Overlap the pieces slightly.
Step #4 Lay out three rows of meat in such a way that a rectangle is formed.
Step #5 Spread the cheese mixture over the meat & roll up jelly roll fashion.
Step #6 Chill thoroughly.
Step #7 Just before serving, slice into 1" slices.
