Cup Of Everything Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1 tsp cream of tartar
1 c vegetable oil
1 c crisp rice cereal
1 c ground walnuts
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1 c white sugar
1 tsp salt
1 c flaked coconut
1 c rolled oats
1 c packed brown sugar
1 c butter
1 c semisweet chocolate chips
3 1/2 c all-purpose flour
2 eggs

Directions

Step #1 Cream together the butter & the sugars.
Step #2 Mix in the oil & the flour.
Step #3 Add in oatmeal, vanilla, baking soda, salt, coconut, nuts, crispy rice cereal, eggs & chocolate chips.
Step #4 Mix until well mixed.
Step #5 Drop by tsps or tbsps on a greased cookie sheet.
Step #6 Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10 - 15 mins.
