Frosted Zucchini Brownies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c sugar .
  • Frosting .
  • 2 c flour .
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract .
  • 1/2 c miniature marshmallows .
  • 1/4 c milk .
  • 2 c zucchini, shredded .
  • 1/2 c walnuts, sliced (optional) .
  • 1 1/2 c sugar .
  • 1/4 c butter .
  • 1/3 c cocoa .
  • 1 1/2 tsps baking soda .
  • 2 tsps vanilla extract .
  • 1/2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips .
  • 1/2 c walnuts, sliced (optional) .
  • 1 tsp salt .
  • 3/4 c canola oil

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine zucchini, sugar & oil.
  • Step #2 Add dry ingredients (sifted together if you'd like) & mix well.
  • Step #3 Pour into a greased 9x13 pan & bake this at 350 degrees F for 35-40 mins.
  • Step #4 Cool 30 mins.
  • Step #5 For frosting, melt butter in a saucepan on medium heat.
  • Step #6 Stir in sugar & milk, & bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
  • Step #7 Boil & stir 1 min, then remove this from heat.
  • Step #8 Stir in chocolate chips & marshmallows until melted.
  • Step #9 Add vanilla & quickly spread over brownies.
  • Step #10 Sprinkle top with walnuts if desired.
