Rock 'n' Roll Smoothies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 small ripe banana .
  • 3/4 c milk .
  • 2 c frozen unsweetened strawberries .
  • 1 (8 oz) carton strawberry yogurt or low-fat vanilla yogurt

Directions
  • Step #1 Remove the peel from the banana.
  • Step #2 Using a table knife, cut banana into chunks.
  • Step #3 Put banana chunks, yogurt, frozen strawberries, & milk into a mixer container.
  • Step #4 Cover up mixer with lid & mix on high speed until mixture is smooth.
  • Step #5 Turn off mixer.
  • Step #6 Pour drink into glasses.
  • Step #7 Use rubber scraper to get all of the drink out of the mixer.
  • Step #8 Serve with a slice of toast & your favorite cereal.
