Step #5 Place chicken in shallow glass or plastic dish or heavy-duty resealable plastic food-storage bag.
Step #6 Pour half of the dressing mixture over chicken; turn chicken to coat.
Step #7 Cover up dish or seal bag & put in the fridge 15 mins.
Step #8 Cover up & put in the fridge remaining dressing mixture.
Step #9 Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat.
Step #10 Remove chicken from marinade; reserve marinade.
Step #11 Cover up & grill chicken over med-heat/flame 15 to 20 mins, turning & brushing with marinade every once in awhile, until juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut.
Step #12 Discard any remaining marinade.
Step #13 Cut chicken into slices.
Step #14 Serve chicken on salad greens with remaining dressing mixture.
