Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 tsps salt .
  • 2 large eggs .
  • 1/2 c butter .
  • 1 1/2 c chocolate chips .
  • 2 tsps cream of tartar .
  • 4 1/2 c flour .
  • 2 tsps vanilla .
  • 1 c sugar .
  • 1 pinch coconut .
  • 2 tsps baking soda .
  • 1/2 c vegetable oil .
  • 1 c packed brown sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 Cream the butter, vegetable oil & sugars together.
  • Step #2 Add eggs & vanilla.
  • Step #3 Sift the dry ingredients together.
  • Step #4 Add to the creamed ingredients.
  • Step #5 Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Step #6 Make into small balls & roll this into sugar.
  • Step #7 Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 mins on ungreased baking sheet.
