Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

2 tsps vanilla extract
1 c sugar
1 c packed brown sugar
1/2 c egg substitute
2 eggs
1/2 c butter, softened
4 c all-purpose flour
1/4 c corn syrup
1 1/4 c semisweet chocolate chips
2 tsps baking soda
1 tsp salt

Directions

Step #1 In a mixing bowl, cream butter & sugars.
Step #2 Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Step #3 Beat in the egg substitute, corn syrup & vanilla.
Step #4 Combine the flour, baking soda & salt; slowly add to creamed mixture.
Step #5 Stir in chocolate chips.
Step #6 Drop by rounded tbspfuls 2 in.
Step #7 apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
Step #8 Bake at 350 degrees F for 9-11 mins or until lightly browned.
Step #9 Immediately remove to wire racks to cool.
