Gluten Free Pie Crust Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps cold water .
  • 3/4 c rice flour .
  • 1 tsp honey .
  • 1/3 c butter or vegetable oil .
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt .
  • 1/2 tsp xanthan gum

Directions
  • Step #1 Stir dry ingredients together, making sure xanthan gum is evenly distributed.
  • Step #2 Cut in butter or oil & add honey.
  • Step #3 Add cold water a little at a time until a ball is formed.
  • Step #4 Roll dough to 1/8" thickness between two sheets of aluminum foil wrap.
  • Step #5 Peel top sheet of foil wrap off, & invert dough onto a 9" pie pan.
  • Step #6 Peel off other foil wrap sheet.
  • Step #7 Prick dough with fork, & bake this at 350 for 15 mins until brown.
