Step #1 Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Step #2 Lightly oil a large baking sheet.
Step #3 In a medium bowl, mix bread crumbs, parsley, garlic, & salt & pepper to taste.
Step #4 Add 3 tbsps oil or enough to moisten the crumbs.
Step #5 Arrange the shrimp on a single layer on the baking sheet, curling each one into a circle.
Step #6 Spoon a little of the crumb mixture onto each shrimp & drizzle with a little more oil.
Step #7 Bake 10-15 mins, depending on the size of the shrimp, or until the shrimp turn pink & the crumbs are lightly browned.
Step #8 Serve with lots of lemon wedges.
