Chocolate Oatmeal Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 tsp vanilla .
2 tbsps milk (or hot water) .
1/2 c rolled oats .
1 c icing sugar .
cake icing .
1 c hot water .
1 c flour .
2 tbsps cocoa .
1 tsp baking soda .
1 tsp vanilla .
4 tbsps cocoa .
1 1/2 c brown sugar .
2 eggs .
1 tsp baking powder .
1/2 c margarine .
1 tbsp butter

Directions

Step #1 Mix oats, water, margarine, brown sugar, eggs & vanilla together well.
Step #2 Fold in flour, baking soda, cocoa, & baking powder.
Step #3 Bake in 8x8 pan at 350F for 35 mins.
Step #4 Icing: beat butter, then add icing sugar & cocoa, & vanilla together, milk, beat until creamy.
