Ingredients
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes .
  • 1 (8 oz) can sliced water chestnuts, drained .
  • 4 boneless chicken breast halves .
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz) can chicken broth .
  • 1/3 c cider vinegar .
  • 4 c rice, steamed .
  • 3 tbsps cornstarch .
  • 2 c snow peas .
  • 1/3 c honey .
  • 1 c carrots, thinly sliced .
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix cornstarch, vinegar, broth, honey, soy & pepper inches.
  • Step #2 c until smooth.
  • Step #3 Cook chicken in nonstick skillet until.
  • Step #4 browned.
  • Step #5 Add cornstarch mixture, carrots & water.

  • Step #7 Cook until mixture boils & thickens, stirring.
