Step #2 On a round pizza stone or pan or on a rectangular baking sheet, using flour or cornmeal to dust the dough, spread out the dough to form your crust.
Step #3 If you are using a baking sheet, drizzle pan with extra-virgin olive oil then set crust in place.
Step #4 Poke the pizza dough in several areas with the tines of a fork.
Step #5 Drizzle the dough with extra-virgin olive oil then season it with finely sliced rosemary & a little salt.
Step #6 Place in oven 10 mins.
Step #7 Heat a large skillet over medium high heat.
Step #8 Add 2 tbsps extra-virgin olive oil, then the meat.
Step #9 Brown & crumble meat a couple of mins, then add onions & garlic.
Step #10 Spice up the meat with salt & pepper then work in the tomato paste using the back of a wooden spoon to mix.
Step #11 Stir in the parmesan cheese, parsley & oregano.
Step #12 Remove pizza crust from oven & top this with meat.
Step #13 Arrange mozzarella cheese over the pizza, working to edges.
Step #14 Return the pizza to the oven & bake this until cheese is golden, another 10 to 12 mins.
