Chili Tuna Roll Ups Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 green onions, sliced
  • 2 (6 oz) cans tuna, drained
  • 2/3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 (8 oz) package Neufchatel cheese
  • 6 (12 inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 tbsp water

Directions
  • Step #1 In a small bowl, mix tuna, chili sauce & green onions.
  • Step #2 Blend in enough water to allow easy spreading.
  • Step #3 Lay tortillas one by one on a flat surface.
  • Step #4 Spread a thin layer of cheese onto each tortilla, covering the entire surface.
  • Step #5 Spread tuna mixture over cheese to within an inch of tortilla edge.
  • Step #6 Starting at the top, roll up the tortilla into a snug cylindrical shape, ensuring the cream cheese seals the bottom.
  • Step #7 Enclose roll-ups in aluminum foil, & put in the fridge or freeze until serving.
  • Step #8 When ready to serve, cut the roll-ups into 2 inch slices.
  • Step #9 If frozen, slice the roll-ups about 15 mins before serving time to allow them to defrost completely.
