Ingredients

1/2 c oil .
1/2 c milk .
8 oz grated cheddar cheese .
2 c whole wheat flour

Directions

Step #1 place cheddar & flour into medium mixing bowl.
Step #2 mix with whisk.
Step #3 add oil & milk.
Step #4 mix well.
Step #5 place dough on waxed paper.
Step #6 knead 1 min.
Step #7 roll 1/4" thick.
Step #8 cut with 2 1/2" cookie cutter or cut into rectangles.
Step #9 place on sprayed baking sheet -- bake this at 350* for 25 mins.
