24 Hour Brisket Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps prepared mustard .
  • 2 c ketchup .
  • 2 tsps knorr swiss aromat seasoning .
  • 1 tbsp liquid smoke .
  • 1/4 c worcestershire sauce .
  • Sauce .
  • 5 lbs boneless beef brisket, pre-trimmed .
  • 3 tbsps brown sugar .
  • 10 oz Coca-Cola .
  • 1-2 c strong coffee

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 200.
  • Step #2 Place brisket in baking dish, fat side up.
  • Step #3 Pour coffee over brisket, seal or cover & bake for 24 hrs.
  • Step #4 Remove from oven, scrape off fat & throw away.
  • Step #5 Throw away all liquids & fat products from pan.
  • Step #6 Mix sauce & pour over top of brisket & bake for one more hr.
  • Step #7 Let cool, & enjoy :].
  • Step #8 To freeze: Place in a rigid container & freeze.
