2 large potatoes, peeled & cut into large chunks .

Directions
Step #1 Spice up Chicken with garlic salt, salt & pepper.
Step #2 Put a small amount of oil In a large-ish pot, brown chicken on medium high heat, but don’t cook all the way through.
Step #3 Add the garlic & onion & cook for a few mins.
Step #4 Add the potatoes, tomato sauce, cilantro, carrots, & sazon or cumin.
Step #5 There should be enough liquid to cover most of the food, if it looks like it needs a little more liquid add either another can of tomato sauce or some water.
Step #6 Reduce heat to low & cook this until the chicken & veggies are done, I usually cook it for at least an hr, the longer the better though, because as the potatoes break down they thicken the sauce.
Step #7 Serve with hot white rice, beans & slices of avocado.
