Ingredients
  • 2 c frozen peas .
  • 1/2 c apple juice .
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 2 tsps oil .
  • 1 onion .
  • 1/2 c parmesan cheese .
  • 1 1/2 c rice .
  • 1/4 tsp pepper .
  • 1 1/2-2 c stock

Directions
  • Step #1 Chop onions.
  • Step #2 Put in medium pot & saute over med-heat/flame until translucent.
  • Step #3 Add rice & stir for one min.
  • Step #4 Add apple juice, 1 1/2 c stock, salt & pepper.
  • Step #5 Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low.
  • Step #6 Cover up & cook 15 mins.
  • Step #7 Stir in peas & Parmesan, adding more stock if needed, until creamy.
