Ingredients
  • 1 c beef broth .
  • 1 c sour cream .
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup .
  • 1 lb ground beef .
  • 3 c wide egg noodles, uncooked .
  • 1/2 c water .
  • 1 onion, sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large fry pan, cook & crumble the ground beef with onion until the beef is no longer pink & the onion is tender.
  • Step #2 Gradually mix in the remaining ingredients.
  • Step #3 Bring to a boil; lower heat, cover, & let simmer for 10 mins or until noodles are tender.
