Spaghetti And Meatballs Italian Recipe

Ingredients
  • 5 c water .
  • 3 tbsps salt .
  • Sauce .
  • 2 1/2 tsps crumbled dried thyme .
  • 0 tomato .
  • 3 c grated parmesan cheese .
  • 3 tbsps salt .
  • Meatballs .
  • 4 lbs spaghetti .
  • 5 (6 oz) cans tomato paste .
  • 1/2 c olive oil .
  • 2 tsps pepper .
  • 1 tsp crushed dried red peppers .
  • 10 garlic cloves .
  • 3 c fine dry breadcrumbs .
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced .
  • 1 c sliced parsley .
  • Serve with .
  • 6 eggs .
  • 3 lbs ground beef .
  • 1/2 tsp crumble dried basil .
  • 1 c sliced parsley .
  • 3 lbs ground pork .
  • 4 c minced onions .
  • 5 c sliced onions .
  • 1 tsp pepper .
  • parmesan cheese

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix all ingredients for meatballs, adding a little water if too dry.
  • Step #2 Shape into 50 meatballs, allowing 1/3 c for each meatball.
  • Step #3 Put balls, one layer deep in 3 pans 13x9x2 inches.
  • Step #4 Bake in preheated very hot oven [450°F] for about 30 mins.
  • Step #5 Put balls & dripping in roasting pan.
  • Step #6 To make sauce, cook onion & garlic in oil for 5 mins.
  • Step #7 Add all other ingredients.
  • Step #8 Cover up & let simmer for 30 mins.
  • Step #9 Pour over balls & bake covered in preheated oven [350°F] for 1 1/2 hrs.
  • Step #10 Cook 4 lbs spaghetti & serve this with parmesan cheese.
