Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1 tsp baking soda .
1 egg .
1 1/2 c chocolate chips .
1 c canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie) .
1 tsp nutmeg .
1 tsp cinnamon .
2 c flour .
1 c quick-cooking oats .
3/4 c brown sugar, packed .
1 tsp vanilla .
3/4 c sugar .
1 c butter, softened

Directions

Step #1 Cream butter & sugars.
Step #2 Beat in egg & vanilla.
Step #3 Combine flour,cinnamon, baking soda, oats, & nutmeg.
Step #4 Stir into creamed mixture alternately with pumpkin.
Step #5 Fold in chocolate chips.
Step #6 Drop by Tbsp onto greased cookie sheets.
Step #7 Bake at 350 degrees for 12-13 mins or until lightly browned.
