Ham With Cranberry And Horseradish Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 lb fresh cranberries or frozen cranberries, rinsed & picked over .
  • 3 lbs boneless ham .
  • 1 c water .
  • 1 pinch kosher salt .
  • 1 1/2 tbsps prepared horseradish .
  • 1 c Splenda granular (artificial sweetener)

Directions
  • Step #1 Add all ingredients except ham to the slow cooker (aka crockpot) crock & mix well.
  • Step #2 Place ham on top of the cranberry mixture.
  • Step #3 Cover up & cook on LOW for 7 hrs, stirring sauce (around the ham) halfway through the cooking process.
  • Step #4 Some of the cranberries may pop during cooking or when you stir; that's okay.
  • Step #5 When done cooking, uncovered, let ham rest in the slow cooker (aka crockpot), for 10 min before slicing.
  • Step #6 Serve a large spoonful of the cranberry sauce alongside each serving of ham.
