Step #1 Preheat oven to 375°F In a large mixing bowl, shortening, peanut butter, margarine, mix sugars, & egg.
Step #2 Beat till creamy.
Step #3 Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Step #4 Once thoroughly mixed, roll this into 1 1/2" balls.
Step #5 Roll balls in a bowl of sugar, coating on all sides.
Step #6 Place on a cookie sheet.
Step #7 Bake 9-10 mins until golden brown.
Step #8 Remove from oven & press a Hershey's Kiss into the center of each cookie while still warm.
