Danish Pickled Cucumbers (syltede Agurker) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced .
  • 1/3 c cider vinegar .
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 2 tbsps granulated sugar .
  • 1/8 tsp pepper .
  • 1 tbsp minced dill weed or parsley .
  • 1/3 c water

Directions
  • Step #1 Place cucumbers in non-reactive bowl.
  • Step #2 Mix vinegar, sugar, water, salt & pepper; pour over cucumbers.
  • Step #3 Cover up & put in the fridge, stirring every once in awhile, at least 3 hrs.
  • Step #4 Drain; sprinkle with dill weed.
