• 1 pint heavy cream .
• 1 tsp garlic powder .
• 1/2 c parmesan cheese .
• 2 tbsps cream cheese .
• 1/2 c butter

• Step #1 In a saucepan mix heavy cream, butter, & cream cheese.
• Step #2 Simmer until melted & mixed well.
• Step #3 Add the parmesan cheese & garlic powder.
• Step #4 Simmer on low for 15-20 mins.
