Chicken Fettucine With Ricotta & Basil Recipe

Ingredients
  • sliced fresh basil leaves .
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (poached) .
  • 1 (9 oz) package put in the fridged fresh fettuccini .
  • 3/4 c ricotta cheese .
  • 3 tbsps butter, melted .
  • 1 tomato, finely sliced .
  • 1/4 c finely grated parmesan cheese

Directions
  • Step #1 -Place chicken on cutting board & cut into bite size pieces; about 1inch.
  • Step #2 chunks.
  • Step #3 -Cook & drain fettuccine as directed on package.
  • Step #4 Then return fettucinne to saucepan.
  • Step #5 -Stir together butter, ricotta cheese 1/3C parmesan cheese & as soon as possible toss with hot fettucinne.
  • Step #6 -Top fettucinne with chicken, tomatoes, basil & remaining parmesan cheese.
