Ingredients
  • 1 tsp vanilla .
  • 1 tsp baking soda .
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz) box French vanilla instant pudding (4 serving size) .
  • 1 1/2 c pecans (optional) .
  • 2 large eggs .
  • 2 1/4 c flour .
  • 3/4 c packed brown sugar .
  • 1 c oleo, softened .
  • 2 c chocolate chips or peanut butter chips or butterscotch chips or white chocolate chips (any combination of flavors) .
  • 1/4 c sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix oleo, dry pudding mix, sugars & vanilla.
  • Step #2 Add eggs & mix well.
  • Step #3 Add flour & baking soda.
  • Step #4 Stir in nuts & chips.
  • Step #5 Bake at 350° for 10-13 mins.
