Ingredients
  • 5 bananas .
  • 350 g frozen raspberries or fresh raspberries .
  • 140 g demerara sugar .
  • 140 g butter, melted .
  • 250 g ginger biscuits, bashed to create crumbs

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat oven to 180 Degrees Celsius.
  • Step #2 Thickly slice bananas into wide shallow dish.
  • Step #3 Scatter raspberries on top.
  • Step #4 Mix biscuits with sugar.
  • Step #5 Then mix in butter.
  • Step #6 Scatter over fruit.
  • Step #7 Bake 20 - 25 mins.
  • Step #8 Leave to stand 10 mins to crisp top.
  • Step #9 Serve.
