Tomato Zucchini And Cheese Toss Recipe

Ingredients

2 c cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes, halved .
1 tbsp dijon-style mustard .
2 tbsps sliced fresh basil leaves .
2 c sliced zucchini (cut in half lengthwise, cut into 1/4-inch slices) .
1 c cubed monterey jack cheese or sharp white cheddar cheese .
1/2 c prepared balsamic vinaigrette .
1 tsp sugar .
1/2 c thinly sliced sweet onions (optional)

Directions

Step #1 Combine dressing, basil, mustard & sugar in 1-c glass measure; mix well.
Step #2 Combine tomatoes, zucchini & cheese (and optional onions) in large bowl.
Step #3 Pour dressing over salad ingredients; mix well to coat.
