Step #1 Make the filling first by combining all ingredients in a mixer & mixing well.
Step #2 Then place filling in Saranwrap & kind of shape it like tubed cookie dough.
Step #3 Place in freezer about 15 mins while preping the chicken breast.
Step #4 To prep breast, flatten them as much as possible with a rolling pin & pat dry.
Step #5 Prep your egg wash by beating the eggs & milk together very well.
Step #6 After butter is solid cut about 1-2 oz of it & place this in center of chicken breast.
Step #7 Then roll the chicken around the butter, sealing it well.

Step #11 (the chicken getts a little sticky when you flatten it you probly notice that when you dried it so if you rub the "stickyness" around the edges the "stickyness" cooks befor the butter melt ans helps seal the butter in sorry for not saying that befor).
Step #12 After sealing in the butter, dip the breasts in the egg wash & roll them in bread crumbs.
Step #13 place on a baking sheet or pan & bake this at 350 degrees for 20-30 mins or until golden brown.
