Butterscotch Frosting Recipe

Ingredients
  • 30 g butter .
  • 1 c icing sugar .
  • 1 1/2 c brown sugar .
  • 1/4 c milk

Directions
  • Step #1 Place sugar, milk & butter in a small saucepan.
  • Step #2 Cook stirring constantly over low heat/flame until sugar dissolves,.
  • Step #3 Bring to boil & boil 3 mins.
  • Step #4 Remove from heat & set aside to cool until just warm.
  • Step #5 Beat in icing sugar until spreadable.
