Step #1 In 12 inch skillet, cook bacon over med-heat/flame until browned, stirring often.
Step #2 Remove bacon to paper towel to drain.
Step #3 To bacon fat in skillet, add garlic, celery, peppers & onion & cook over med-heat/flame uncovered for about 15 mins or untill vegetables are very tender.
Step #4 Stir in tomatoes & clam juice; heat to boiling over high heat & reduce to medium & cook about 30 mins or until liquid reduces.
Step #5 It depends on your taste as to how juicy you want this.
Step #6 Stir shrimp into vegetable mixture & cook 5 mins or until shrimp turn opaque throughout, stirring frequently.
Step #7 Stir in lime juice, hot pepper sauce & crumbled bacon.
