Chocolate Laced Kiwi With Orange Sa
Ingredients
  • 2 c apple juice .
  • 1/2 tsp orange rind, grated .
  • 2 tbsps sugar, splenda is good too .
  • 4 kiwi, peeled & sliced .
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine first 3 ingredients in mixer until smooth.
  • Step #2 Add sugar & orange peel & pulse to mix.
  • Step #3 Pour into shallow freezer safe container & freeze for 3 hrs.
  • Step #4 Using mixer beat on medium speed for 2 mins.
  • Step #5 Return to freezer for 3 more hrs.
  • Step #6 Let stand 10 mins before serving.
  • Step #7 Spoon into dessert bowls to serve, garnishing with fresh mint or slices of orange or kiwi.
