Fried Bologna Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

1 tbsp mustard .
2 slices white bread .
1/8 tsp oil .
1-2 slice bologna (depending on preference) .
1 slice American cheese

Directions

Step #1 Put oil in a frying pan & heat to med.
Step #2 high.
Step #3 Put slit in bologna from middle to all the way through the end.
Step #4 Put bologna in heated oil.
Step #5 Brown both sides.
Step #6 Add cheese to top while last side is browning.
Step #7 Spread mustard on both sides of bread.
