Ingredients
  • spices (parsley, garden vegetable seasoning, oregano, etc.) .
  • 1 lb penne .
  • 1 tbsp oil .
  • 3 shallots .
  • salt & pepper .
  • 1 1/2 zucchini .
  • 5 oz sundried tomatoes pesto sauce .
  • bruschetta seasoning .
  • 3/4 c cauliflower .
  • 2 tbsps sliced fresh basil (optional) .
  • 2 tsps of sliced garlic .
  • 2 carrots

Directions
  • Step #1 First, start by cooking your pasta.
  • Step #2 Then, take out a pan, cut all your veggies, put the heat on & add the olive oil.
  • Step #3 Make sure to put the carrots first because they take more time to bake.
  • Step #4 Add the bruschetta seasoning , the basil & the spices.
  • Step #5 When the pasta is cooked & drained, put it in the pan with the veggies already there & add the sundried tomato pesto.
