Step #1 Preheat oven to 350°.
Step #2 Divide cookie dough in half; press half of dough into an 8x8 pan or pie plate.
Step #3 Cream the cream cheese & sugar until smooth.
Step #4 Add egg & vanilla; beat until smooth.
Step #5 Pour over cookie dough.
Step #6 Put remaining cookie dough on top of cheesecake mixture in small chunks.
Step #7 Bake at 350° for 35-40 min or until set.
Step #8 You may double this recipe & use a 13x9 pan.
Step #9 Cool 1 hr & put in the fridge.
Step #10 Cut into small squares.
