• croutons (optional) .
• 1 c shredded swiss cheese (4 oz) .
• 2 c finely shredded lettuce .
• 3 hardboiled egg, sliced .
• 2 c finely shredded cabbage .
• 1 tsp caraway seeds .
• 1 c thousand island dressing, & dip .
• 2 (3 oz) packages sliced corned beef, sliced

• Step #1 Combine cabbage, lettuce, 1/4 c salad dressing & caraway seed.
• Step #2 Place half the cabbage mixture in a medium bowl.
• Step #3 Layer in the following order: half of the corned bef; remaining cabbage mixture, remaining corned beef, hard cooked egg slices & cheese.
• Step #4 Spread remaining dressing evenly over top of salad.
• Step #5 Cover up tightly with clear plastic wrap.
• Step #6 Chill up to 24 hrs.
• Step #7 Before serving, top this with crushed croutons if desired.
