Ingredients
  • 2 c shredded green cabbage .
  • 1/2 c sesame seeds, toasted .
  • 1/3 c vegetable oil .
  • 1/4 c dried cranberries (optional) .
  • 1/4 tsp pepper .
  • 6 green onions, sliced .
  • 1 tbsp tamari or soy sauce .
  • 1/4 tsp salt .
  • 1/4 c rice wine vinegar .
  • 1/4 c slivered almonds, toasted .
  • 1/2 c sugar .
  • Dressing .
  • 2 c shredded red cabbage .
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil

Directions
  • Step #1 Whisk together dressing ingredients & set aside.
  • Step #2 Place all salad ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Step #3 Toss with dressing right before serving, so as not to lose crunch.
