Step #1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Step #2 Mix meat, stuffing mix, water & oregano leaves together.
Step #3 Spray a 12 c muffin tin with cooking spray & press meat mixture into each c.
Step #4 Make a well in the center of each c & spoon the peppers evenly into each of the twelve c.
Step #5 Bake 30 mins or until meatloaves are cooked through.
Step #6 Top with the cheese & return back to the oven until melted, about 5 mins.
