Mashed Potatoes With Cream Cheese Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tsps onion salt .
  • 8 oz sour cream .
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper .
  • 8 oz cream cheese .
  • 1/2 c milk .
  • 6 lbs yukon gold potatoes

Directions
  • Step #1 Peel & cut the potatoes into large cubes & boil in salted water until tender.
  • Step #2 Meanwhile, beat the cream cheese, then stir in the the sour cream, milk & spices.
  • Step #3 Drain & mash the potatoes in the pot, then stir in the the cream cheese mixture.
  • Step #4 Spoon into a casserole dish or a 9x13 pan.
  • Step #5 You may cover it & put in the fridge for 24 hrs, or proceed to baking right away.
  • Step #6 Bake covered with foil wrap at 350 for 45 min's.
  • Step #7 Increase the time if the dish has been chilled.
