• 1/3 c white wine .
• 2 tsps sugar .
• 1 tsp parsley .
• 2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce .
• 1 tsp oregano .
• 2 bay leaves .
• 3-4 lbs boneless top round roast, fat trimmed .
• 1-2 tsp fresh thyme leaves .
• 1/2 tsp pepper .
• 1 tbsp prepared horseradish

• Step #1 Place beef into crock pot.
• Step #2 Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl, mix well; then pour over beef in crock pot.
• Step #3 Cook on low for about 8 hrs or until meat reaches desired doneness.
• Step #4 Discard bay leaves & serve.
