Step #1 whisk together honey, mustard, mint, salt & pepper until well mixed.
Step #2 Remove about half of the honey glaze; set aside for brushing onto cooked patties.
Step #3 Shape ground meat into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
Step #4 Brush both sides of patties with some of the remaining glaze.
Step #5 Grill 5 to 6 mins, or until bottom of patties are golden brown.
Step #6 Turn patties over; brush with the remaining glaze.
Step #7 Continue grilling 8 to 9 mins, or until patties are no longer pink in the center.
Step #8 Remove patties from grill; brush with reserved glaze.
Step #9 Serve on buns.
