Pad Thai Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 egg, hard boiled, sliced .
  • 3 tsps sugar .
  • 1 chicken breast, cooked, sliced finely .
  • 1 (8 oz) package rice noodles .
  • 1/2 c water .
  • 2 tbsps unsalted dry roasted peanuts, sliced fine .
  • 1/2 c bean sprouts .
  • 2 tsps white vinegar .
  • 2 tsps fish sauce .
  • 1/2 tsp paprika .
  • 4 shrimp, peeled & cooked

Directions
  • Step #1 Soak the rice sticks in cold water for 2 hrs Drain.
  • Step #2 Put some oil in a wok & add rice sticks, fish sauce, vinegar, sugar, paprika & water & stir fry for 5 mins.
  • Step #3 Add the chicken,bean sprouts & shrimp & stir fry for a further 3 mins.
  • Step #4 Put on a serving plate & garnish with the sliced peanuts.
