Step #2 Place the chicken breasts in a single layer in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Step #3 In a medium bowl, dry mustard, vegetable juice cocktail, mix together the brown sugar, cayenne pepper, Worcestershire sauce, salt, paprika, ketchup, vinegar, chili powder, water & garlic.
Step #4 Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken breasts.
Step #5 Bake uncovered, for 35 mins in the preheated oven.
Step #6 Remove chicken breasts, shred with a fork (or not), & return to the sauce.
Step #7 Bake in the oven for an extra 10 mins so the chicken can soak up more flavor.
Step #8 Serve on a bed of rice with freshly ground black pepper.
